Based in Cambridgeshire and Suffolk our designers have many years of experience, with specific interests in the renovation and enhancement of period and listed buildings, extensions and refurbishment, new builds, class Q - permited development and commercial buildings.

We provide a complete architectural drawing service, including permitted development, outline planning, full planning, listed building consent, building control liason, tender, and construction drawing packages.

In addition we provide BIM modelling to produce 3D walk-throughs and photo-realistic concepts.

2. Sketch ideas.

After a full measured survey has been carried out, various sketch ideas will be produced until the concept is agreed.

3. Detail plans & planning submission

Once the concept is confirmed detailed plans will be produced to form the planning application. These drawings will then be submitted to the Local Planning Authority, typical minor application determination period is 8 weeks.

1. Site visit - Free Consultation

Initial conversation and site visit to scope out the aspirations of the project, what is the wish list and priority!

4. Building Regulation details

Once planning permission is granted (valid for 3 years) we can help you obtain building regulation approval which will need to be passed before any works can commence.

Once Building regulations have been passed and a structural engineer has been appointed the contractor can start.
